Lorraine Gordon moved to Grand Forks in October of 2005 when she retired from the Surrey Crime Prevention Society. Part of her job entailed writing a quarterly newsletter, and she also authored several articles for local newspaper and magazine publication.

Before moving to B.C. in 1994, Lorraine wrote commercials for two radio stations in her home town of Thunder Bay, Ontario, and enjoyed voicing them in the production studio.

Writing and editing jobs followed Lorraine to Grand Forks, thanks to the magic of e-mail, and this year she decided to formally open her own business, Cardinal Writing Services, both locally and on the Internet.

Cardinal offers a full range of writing, proofreading, editing, copywriting and voiceover services. Whether it’s a training manual or business proposal you’d like proofread, or a book you need a ghostwriter for, Lorraine will be happy to work with you to turn out a polished product.
